Maruti Grameen Mahautsav 2019 was a key initiative by Maruti Suzuki to deepen its presence in rural India. Functioning as sales fairs, they facilitated immediate vehicle deliveries and launched essential doorstep services like mobile service vans. The Mahautsav garnered a tremendous response, with over 500 participants from surrounding villages, underscoring Maruti’s commitment to localized engagement and its significant rural market contribution, which stood at approximately 30% of its total sales.
