RBI Leadership Retreat

The RBI Leadership Retreat at ITC Mementos Udaipur on November 17th-18th, 2023, our vision was to create a truly impactful and memorable experience for the Reserve Bank of India’s esteemed leadership. Our focus was to facilitate strategic alignment, foster enhanced collaboration, and provide a space for personal rejuvenation.

The core of the retreat revolved around RBI’s senior leadership, including Governor Shaktikanta Das, Deputy Governors, and Executive Directors, who were central to the insightful discussions and vision-setting. To enrich the experience beyond traditional corporate sessions, we incorporated elements that stimulated different facets of engagement. This included a captivating performance by the renowned Carnatic percussionist Vikoo Vinayak Ram, offering an artistic and inspiring interlude. The Aayana Dance Troupe further elevated the cultural quotient with their dynamic blend of traditional and contemporary dance. While names like Selvam, Anwar, and Gazi are less specifically identifiable within the context of the retreat, it’s possible they contributed in supporting roles or as service providers. The presence of Prasang (potentially Prashant Kumar, CEO of Yes Bank) would indicate a high-profile guest speaker, sharing valuable perspectives from the broader banking sector. Our meticulous planning ensured a holistic environment conducive to leadership development and renewed collective purpose.
